I'll tweet about what I think about Stepn and some of my vague thoughts.
STEPN was the spark that ignited the Move to Earn movement. In Japan, it became popular and some people became millionaires, some got drowning in debt, some quit their jobs and became peddler enthusiasts. In many ways, the Gamefi category became known to the public. Meanwhile, with the recent increase in cryptocurrency-related scams and the STEPN crash, many people still consider cryptocurrency-related things to be dangerous. It reminded me that it is a game, but also an investment, and that I should think carefully before investing large amounts of money.
Despite the big crash and huge losses, the STEPN boom in Japan has not subsided, as can be seen on Twitter and at events. And as the GMT Earn began and signs of a resurgence were felt, I participated in S Country.
Needless to say, I was attracted to the idea of not only earning money, but also getting into the habit of walking. From the perspective of improving health, mental health, and reducing the risk of illness, I think this is a great benefit in life.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how GAMEFI and the real world will change in the future through Stepn and the Metaverse.
