Everdome is building a long-term project.

We have created a roadmap with milestones, goals, and key performance indicators (OKRs) for 2024, but also a long-term perspective on our vision and goals for 2025 and 2026.

Building a metaverse destination is a big undertaking, and Everdome is working on a dynamic mix of building the foundation, alpha releases, iterations, and initial testing of the economic model. In addition, we are also planning for the long term to ensure that the platform is robust, flexible, and secure for the future.

We expect AI to play a larger role in multiple areas of metaverse construction, creator tools, and experience creation, and are already exploring how AI can be integrated throughout the digital world to facilitate development, growth, and audience engagement.

Roadmap

All actions and milestones must drive the project toward a fully sustainable and successful future. To this end, we have created a new methodology to evaluate our goals.

Therefore, we have decided to move away from a simple milestone-based roadmap and focus on a more flexible model around our five key business objectives or OKRs.

Stability and Scalability - Ensures the creation of a strong and flexible core, building a solid foundation for the future and creating a foundation for adding layers of experience later.

Engagement - We will always look for ways to keep audiences coming back to our platform by creating an environment that helps creators bring the digital world to life.

Reach and Visibility - Relates to ongoing marketing and outreach strategies. While in Alpha and Beta, outreach will be limited to partner acquisition and grassroots marketing from the community.

Economy - design, test, and iteratively improve economic models to ensure a self-evident but sustainable and equitable economic model.

Looking to the Future - "Live as if you will die tomorrow, cultivate as if you will live forever" Everdome is focused on the keys to short-term success, but also on long-term sustainability. We need to be ready for the enormous changes that AI will bring and at the same time adapt to a very dynamic environment.

Generation AI

At Everdome, we believe that AI will accelerate the development of the metaverse and provide the foundation for a more powerful iteration of the Internet.

We are already exploring the following use cases of AI around the world

The AI function within the city headquarters will serve as a "tree of life," a knowledgeable presence for all Everdome, and will also provide tips and guidance on best practices for creation within the metaverse.

Improve the ease of use of the creator tools in the Metaverse-as-a-Service product, enabling faster and more sophisticated content creation.

The creation of AI-powered NPG avatars throughout the environment serve as guides, promoters, and spectators.

Another interesting area for Everdome is the integration of AI, immersive experiences, and intellectual property assets.

We believe that advances in AI and computing power will provide the basis for creators' interpretations of films, music, and other media produced in the past.

Creating your own sci-fi epics using beloved characters or building mashups across genres and storylines will spark your imagination within an immersive and interactive environment.
