everdomeis building a long-term project.

We created a roadmap with milestones, goals, and key performance indicators (OKRs) for 2024.2025and a long-term view of our 2026 vision and goals.

MetaverseBuilding a destination like this is a big undertaking, but Everdome is approaching it with a dynamic mix of laying the foundations, releasing alphas, iterating, and testing the first parts of the economic model, while also doing long-term planning to ensure the platform is robust, flexible, and future-proof.

AIWe expect AI to play a larger role in multiple areas of metaverse building, creator tools and experience creation, and are already exploring how AI will be integrated throughout our digital world to drive development, growth, and audience engagement.

Roadmap

Every action and milestone must propel the project towards a fully sustainable and successful future, which is why we created a new methodology for evaluating our goals.

Therefore, we decided to move away from a simple milestone-based roadmap and focus on a more flexible model centered around our five key business objectives, or OKRs.

Stability and Scalability – Ensures the creation of a strong yet flexible core, building a solid foundation for the future and creating a base for adding later layers of experience.

Engagement – We grow audiences returning to our platform by constantly looking for ways to bring them back and fostering an environment that helps creators bring the digital world to life.

Reach and Visibility – This relates to ongoing marketing and outreach strategies. While in Alpha and Beta, outreach will be limited to partner acquisition and grassroots marketing from the community.

Economics – Self-explanatory: design, test, and iteratively improve our economic model to ensure it is sustainable and fair.

Vision for the future – “Live as if you die tomorrow, farm as if you live forever.” While Everdome focuses on short-term success factors, it also has an eye on long-term sustainability. It needs to adapt to a highly dynamic environment while preparing for the enormous changes brought about by AI.

Making the metaverse and immersive computing more accessible to everyone is a key goal.

Taking lessons learned from web2 and improving onboarding, user interface, and user experience

Explore transitions between metaverse destinations within your environment, creating learnings that can be leveraged across the broader metaverse ecosystem

Generation AI

At Everdome, we believe that AI will accelerate the development of the metaverse and serve as the foundation for more powerful iterations of the Internet.

We are already exploring AI use cases around the world, including:

The AI function within City HQ will act as the "Tree of Life", a knowledgeable entity for all of Everdome, and will also provide tips and guidance on best practices for creation within the Metaverse.

We will improve the usability of creator tools in Metaverse-as-a-Service products, enabling faster and more sophisticated content creation.

The NPG's creation of AI-powered avatars across the environment will act as guides, promoters and spectators.

Another interesting area for Everdome is the convergence of AI, immersive experiences and intellectual property assets.

We believe that advances in AI and computing power will provide a foundation for creative interpretations of previously produced media, such as film, music, and more.
